Service Leads USA offers lead generation, appointment setting and online marketing services to businesses that market and sell their services to other businesses. We're committed to providing the best service to each company that hires us to help market their business, and this page informs you of our terms and conditions when hiring us as your marketing provider.

 

Terms & Conditions: Appointment Setting Services

The appointment setting services of Service Leads USA helps many service-based businesses across America and Canada with rapidly growing their operation, and having telemarketers who work on your behalf to schedule qualified sales appointments is an effective tool to catapult your business.

 

Service Leads USA does not guarantee sales from our appointment setting services, but instead we guarantee to get you in front of local qualified prospects who want to meet with your company and receive a quote. It is then up to you and/or your sales representatives to convert that lead into a sale. In addition, there is no contract required for our lead generation services, and each order by our clients will be a pay-as-you-go relationship. This means you can buy as many sales leads as you would like per order, but we do have a 5 leads minimum in place.

Here at Service Leads USA it is in our best interest to fulfill your order of sales leads as fast as possible, so we can facilitate a new order of sales leads from your company. Our packages of sales leads are sold in increments of 5, and the more leads you purchase the more resources we will allocate to your campaign, and the faster we will generate leads for your business. Please note that we have a no refund policy when hiring us to generate sales appointments for your business, so please ensure you understand the amount of resources we will allocate to your campaign based on the amount of appointments you purchase.

For clients that purchase the following amount of appointments from us per order, below you will see how our resources are allocated.

5 Sales Leads (Trial Package): 

 

With the purchase of 5 sales leads you will receive 1 Appointment Setter that will call on behalf of your business for 1 hour each day every Monday, Wednesday and Friday (3 days per week). This smaller order will also provide sales leads less frequently.

10 Sales Leads (Starter Package): 

 

With the purchase of 10 sales leads you will receive 1 Appointment Setter that will call on behalf of your business for 2 hours each day every Monday, Wednesday and Friday (3 days per week). This smaller order will also provide sales leads less frequently.

20 Sales Leads (Expansion Package): 

 

With the purchase of 20 sales leads you will receive 1 Appointment Setter that will call on behalf of your business for 2 hours each day at 5 days per week (Monday through Friday). This larger order will also provide sales leads less frequently.

30 Sales Leads (High Gear Package): 

 

With the purchase of 30 sales leads you will receive 1 Appointment Setter that will call on behalf of your business for 4 hours each day at 5 days per week (every Monday through Friday). This larger order will provide sales leads frequently.

40 Sales Leads (Growth Package): 

 

With the purchase of 40 sales leads you will receive 1 Appointment Setter that will call on behalf of your business for 8 hours each day at 5 days per week (every Monday through Friday). This larger order will also provide sales leads frequently.

50 Sales Leads (Hyper Growth Package): 

 

With the purchase of 50 sales leads you will receive 2 Appointment Setters that will call on behalf of your business for 8 hours each day at 5 days per week (every Monday through Friday). This larger order will also provide sales leads rapidly.

 

Policy for Non-Replacement of Appointments

 

Service Leads USA replaces bad sales leads free of charge, and most of the time it is inevitable that some leads will be bad due to the thousands of appointments we generate every month. While we put our best foot forward to provide our clients with winning sales opportunities on each lead we provide, unfortunately we will not replace sales leads for the following reasons:

  1. In the event we schedule a sales appointment with an existing customer of our client, and we have not received a current customer list from our client prior to generating the appointment, the client has 24 hours from the time we email the appointment to notify us for replacement. Failure to notify us within 24 hours of us emailing the appointment will result to a non-replacement of appointment.

  2. In the event we schedule a sales appointment with a previous or recently expired customer of our client, and we did not receive a previous or recently expired client list from our client prior to generating the appointment, our client has 24 hours from the time we email the appointment to notify us for replacement. Failure to notify us within 24 hours of us emailing the appointment will result to a non-replacement of appointment.

  3. In the event we schedule a sales appointment with an existing prospect that our client has recently submitted a quote to (and we did not receive an active prospect list from our client prior to generating the appointment), our client has 24 hours from the time we email the appointment to notify us for replacement. Failure to notify us within 24 hours of us emailing the appointment will result to a non-replacement of appointment.

  4. If any of our clients reschedule an appointment with a prospect for a different date and time other than the date and time the appointment was initially scheduled for by Service Leads USA, we will not replace the appointment if the appointment falls out on the new date and time it was originally rescheduled for.

  5. Upon receiving notification from any one of our clients that an appointment generated by us needs to be replaced, our Customer Service Department will do its own due diligence to determine the reason the scheduled appointment was not conducted. This is to verify what actually occurred and validate if it needs to be replaced as stated by our client. If our Customer Service Department is able to confirm there were reasons that contributed to any issue other than what was stated by our client, we will not replace the appointment.

  6. Upon generating sales appointments for each of our clients, we email the scheduled appointment to the email address we have on file that is provided to us by our clients. In the event a scheduled appointment is emailed but not viewed by our client to ensure they are able to arrive on the day and time of the scheduled appointment, we will not replace the appointment.

  7. In the event we generate a sales appointment with a type of business that our client is not interested in meeting with or does not service (and we did not receive a do-not-call list of business types from our client prior to generating the appointment), we will not replace the appointment.

  8. In the event we generate a sales appointment on a date and time that our client has an existing appointment in place and we did not receive access to a calendar or some type of notification from our client prior to generating the appointment, we will not replace the appointment.

  9. Once Service Leads USA generates a sales appointment for our client, we prep the prospect to receive either a phone call or emailed confirmation from our client, or our client's designated representative. If our client is unable to confirm the appointment by phone call or via email, the appointment is still viable and ready to be attended. If the lead is not attended, we will not replace the appointment.

  10. In the event our client chooses to not attend a booked sales appointment due to the facility being in a neighborhood that our client doesn’t prefer (meaning the sales appointment is declined due to the external appearance of the building or anything else that would otherwise be deemed discriminatory in nature), that appointment will be classified as a voluntary forfeiture, and we will not replace the appointment.

  11. Once we generate a sales appointment for our client and our client submits a quote for services after attending the sales appointment, Service Leads USA has fulfilled its obligation and will not replace the appointment, even if our client does not land a sale, contract or service agreement with the prospect.

  12. In the event a client of Service Leads USA attempts to re-qualify or semi-close a sales appointment over the phone when calling a prospect to confirm the date and time of the appointment, if the appointment falls through due to the prospect potentially feeling pressured by such tactics, we will not replace the appointment.
